6. Permissions and Store Compliance

IQ-Caller/IQ-LMS requests only the permissions required to deliver dialer, caller identification, call management, and CRM/LMS workflow features. Permissions are requested at runtime where applicable, and users can decline permissions; however, related features may not function as expected without access.

Telephony and call permissions (such as call logs, phone state, phone numbers, call controls, and telecom services) are used only for core dialer and in-call features. Contact permissions are used to show and search saved contacts. Notification, vibration, and full-screen intent permissions are used for incoming call alerts. Foreground service permissions are used only while actively performing user-visible call and sync operations.

Location, microphone, camera, storage (legacy Android support), and battery optimization-related permissions are used only when a specific user action or enabled feature requires them (for example, location-enabled workflows, voice notes, profile updates, or media attachments). We do not sell personal data, and we apply data minimization, access control, and retention safeguards consistent with platform policy requirements.

7. Grievance Redressal

IQ-Caller/IQ-LMS prioritizes user happiness and speedy issue resolution through our Grievance Redressal Policy. We notice complaints within 24 hours and attempt to resolve them within 7 business days, informing users of any delays.
